Work Package 2
RDAs TRAINNING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Objectives:
Analysing the starting situation:
- Defining the “professional profile” shared by RDAs.
- Identifying the training needs of these professionals in the participating countries.
- Elaborating a new Diagnosis of Training Needs, taking into account the new needs of the new member states.

Work Package 3
UPDATE AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TRAINING CONTENTS
Objectives:
- Adaptation of the existing training contents taking into account the needs identified in WP2.
- Developing a new training module as part of the knowledge transfer process.

Work Package 4
UPDATE AND IMPROVEMENT OF TRAINING TOOL (FADERTIC TOOL)
Objectives:
- Adaptation of the existing tool in accordance to the contributions made by the partners once it has been tested.
- Identification of eventual improvements and, if applicable, adaptation of the current method.

PROMOTIONAL REGIONAL WORKSHOPS
Objectives:
- Reaching the widest target audience possible to stimulate participation in the Pilot Experience to be implemented in each region.
- Presenting the Project, its objectives and final results to potential beneficiaries: rural development centres, development agents.

PILOT CASE
Objectives:
- Transferring and validating the training platform and the training content by means of 6 Pilot Experiences – one per participating country, for feedback purposes.
- Improving the tool taking into account the improvements identified in the Pilot Experiences.

Work Package 7
QUALITY CONTROL PLAN
Objectives:
Continuous monitoring the implementation of the Project, securing its quality and obtaining the opinion of an external expert on the Project as a whole regarding the achievement of the planned objectives and results.

PROMOTION ACTIVITIES
Objectives:
Development of promotional tools (traditional and ICT-based) to be used in the promotional and dissemination activities scheduled within WP5, WP9 and WP10.

DISSEMINATION OF PROJECT’S RESULTS
Objectives:
Development final dissemination workshops in each country to favour the exchange of acquired knowledge and to make the contents and tools used on the on-line PracticeNet area.

Work Package 10
EXPLOITATION OF PROJECT’S RESULTS
Objectives:
Defining the Communication, Promotion and Dissemination Plan of the Project: activities to implement, objectives, target audience and scheduling the different actions planned per partner. On-line and off-line development of the activities to be implemented per partner within PracticeNet to promote and exploit the contents and results of the PRACTICE Project.
